From the city of Angarsk, literally in 2012, a bus began to go directly to the ski resort. The Sobolinaya Mountain Administration has introduced a new bus route from the bus station of the city of Angarsk to the Sobolinaya Mountain, the fare will be 300 rubles.
Also, do not forget about the electric trains from Angarsk to the city of Baikalsk, the cost of a train ride is about 120 rubles. From the railway station "Baikalsk" to the ski resort can be reached on foot, or by taxi, the distance is about 2 kilometers.
From Irkutsk to the ski area can also be reached by train and minibus from the city's bus station and the central market. A minibus taxi can be pre-ordered, we will not do advertising, but whoever needs it, write questions in the comments, and we will be happy to answer.

Ski resort pistes
The slopes of the mountain sable ski resort are constantly changing. Every year all tourists - skiers will have to experience the drive and speed on the updated slopes of the sable mountain. A gentle slope is provided for beginners - educational, here with an instructor or on your own you can ride all day without much risk. It was from this track that my love for snowboarding began.
For advanced skiers, there are difficult and not very difficult tracks where you can reach a speed of 100 kilometers per hour, for snowboarders there is also where to do tricks and pirouettes.
- Green slopes - the most suitable for mass descent, wide and not so steep, on such tracks it is very comfortable and calm to ride;
- Red slopes - the slopes are more difficult, with a variable steep descent, we recommend only those who have been skiing for a long time and confidently maneuvering;
- Black trails - slopes with very steep descent, we recommend only professionals;
- Yellow track - mogul track for freeriders;
- Orange track - a snow park with trampolines for snowboarders.
When descending the mountain, do not forget to follow the main rules:
- The one who descends below you is right,
- Drunk driving is strictly prohibited.
- With mass skating, you cannot arrange downhill skiing.
There are chairlifts and drag lifts on Sable Mountain (a mop between the legs). To be honest, it is not very comfortable to ride on a chair lift in the middle of winter, you freeze for a very long time and quickly, on a drag lift, snowboarders' legs are constantly in tension, but you will quickly get to the top.

Hotels and hotels on Mount Sable are located almost on top of each other; in the city of Baikalsk itself, you can rent a whole apartment for 500-700 rubles per day. In 2014, a new hotel was opened right in the ski resort Mount Sable with a view of the ski slopes and snow park, we do not know its name. The cost of living for everyone is almost the same, starting at 700 rubles per day. The ski resort has several cafes, one coffee shop and even a yurt with real Buryat cuisine and delicious buuz. Meals in all cafes are not very expensive, for 250 rubles you can order several dishes, it should be noted that prices in the cafes of the ski resort have been falling in recent years. However, many skiers cannot ride on a full stomach. Therefore, mostly skiers sit in the cafe to warm up and drink a glass of hot tea or a little mulled wine.

The prices at the Sobolinaya Mountain ski resort, it should be admitted, are not small. All prices are divided by skiing seasons, we usually ride closer to spring, at this time there are few people here and prices are lower than during the New Year holidays.
All prices here are divided into high, medium, low seasons. Prices differ significantly in each season.
In the highest season, the lift for the whole day will cost you 1,800 rubles from 10 am to 5 pm. But it is best to take for half a day for 850 rubles from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
In the middle season at the mountain sable ski resort the whole day costs 1200 rubles, half a day 650 rubles. In the low season, the cost drops to 950 rubles for the whole day and 500 rubles for half a day.
We advise you to take a subscription “skipass”For half a day, so many skiers get tired of skiing in half a day, but continue to ski, this is a very gross mistake of all skiers. In a tired state, the descent can result in injuries, which happened to us - a broken arm. The second moment, it's best to ride in the morning, at 10 o'clock in the morning everyone is still asleep and the tracks are empty, there is where to walk and ride on freshly rolled snow after a retract (a car rolling off the track).

More recently, the administration of Sable Mountain has opened a new type of skiing - evening skiing. It is available from 6 pm to 10 pm. Having rolled in the evening once, we lost the desire to ride at that time at all. There are a lot of extreme sportsmen flying from above and not looking where they are going, a very distant location of the lanterns illuminating the track, nothing can be seen between the lanterns, so the evening skiing project is still "raw".
